Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping – Orders received by 11:00 AM Eastern Time on business days will be shipped the same day.  Orders received after 11:00 AM, on the next business day.  Once order has been shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • Return & Refunds – All returned items must be in new and it’s original factory packaging/box, with UPC bar codes and serial numbers intact.  All instruction, booklets and paperwork included.
    All returns must obtain pre-Authorization.  You can obtain one by sending us an email within 14 days of purchase and the reason for return.
    Once a complete inspection of the item has been made, exchange/refund will be done.
  • Replacement – We thrive to ship your replacement immediately, however, after receiving & full inspection of the item, we will send you a replacement.  This may take 5-7 business days.  Please allow extra time during holidays.
